This policy will be applicable for the financial refunding process or share sale conducted by any existing shareholder, after booking and before registration.

1. To avail the mentioned benefits, a shareholder must submit a formal application to Strong Holdings Ltd. The application might take up to 7 working days for approval. (Please email your refund application to experience@strongholdings.com)
2. From the date of approval, Strong Holdings Ltd. will take no more than 30 days to resell the share.
3. The shareholder has to surrender all share-related documents, as follows: the booking deed, the money receipt, and other files (including all photocopies) to Strong Holdings Ltd.
4. An office charge equivalent to 5% of the booking amount will be deducted.

After successful completion of the above process, the shareholder is released.
